Jeff Franklin, the creator of the sitcom “Full House,” sold his two remaining waterfront lots in Miami Beach’s Venetian Islands for a loss at $22.5 million. Records show the former writer and showrunner sold the lot at 1230 South Venetian Way to a Wyoming LLC named for the address for $11 million.
