The developer of a spec home on the Venetian Islands entered into a contract to sell the property, asking nearly $20 million. The pending deal is one of the 21 luxury home contracts signed in Miami-Dade County between June 1 and June 7, according to the weekly report by Douglas Elliman’s Eklund-Gomes team.
