Woodfield Estero is a 45.6 acre mixed use town center under construction at the northwest corner of US 41 and Coconut Road in Estero, Florida. Plans by Woodfield Development call for up to 596 residences, roughly 82,000 square feet of retail and dining, office space, and a 260 room hotel, arranged around a central green, a civic building, and a pedestrian restaurant row.
