A 15.6-acre site in Miami’s Little Haiti neighborhood, once slated for a sprawling $180 million private school, has been quiet, despite swelling demand for private schools across South Florida.  After Avenues The World School abandoned plans for its campus at 4949 Northeast Second Avenue in 2024, rumors swirled about what might come next.
