Tyler Herro lists Pinecrest estate after trade to Milwaukee Bucks
Tyler Herro wasted little time after being traded to the Milwaukee Bucks, and listed his Pinecrest mansion for nearly $12 million the day his trade was finalized. Herro paid $10.5 million for the 9,500-square-foot house at 12900 Southwest 63rd Avenue in late 2022. The home has eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms and one half-bathroom, according to the listing. It’s on the market with Douglas Elliman’s Lourdes Alatriste. Herro is headed to Milwaukee along with Kasparas Jakučionis, Jaime Jaquez Jr., and Kel’el Ware as part of a blockbuster trade that brings NBA champion Giannis Antetokounmpo and forward Bobby Portis Jr. to Miami.
