Top resi agent Julian Johnston exits Corcoran
Julian Johnston, one of the Corcoran Group’s top agents in Miami-Dade, left the brokerage and joined One Sotheby’s International Realty, The Real Deal has learned. Johnston’s license was transferred to One Sotheby’s on Monday, state records show. A top agent in Miami, Johnston joined Corcoran in 2019 as the brokerage was expanding in South Florida. Before that, he operated his own brokerage, Calibre International Realty. Johnston was seventh in TRD’s latest ranking of residential real estate agents.
