The Weekly Dirt: Development activity ramps up in North Bay Village
Development is on the rise in North Bay Village, a small town in Miami’s Biscayne Bay. At a town commission meeting earlier this month, a joint venture between the Pérez family’s Related Group and Harry Macklowe Properties secured approval for their planned two-tower luxury condo development. The Harbor Island project will include two 498-foot, 43-story waterfront buildings at 8000 East Drive and 7946 East Drive. The partnership will return to the commission for a final vote.
