Tavistock adds resi, grocery store, promenade in Pier Sixty-Six’s next phase
Tavistock Development is starting the next chapter of its Pier Sixty-Six redevelopment, proposing four buildings with hundreds of residences, a grocery store, retail and office space along Fort Lauderdale’s waterfront. The Orlando-based developer of the recently reopened resort and superyacht marina revealed plans for the 8-acre second phase of the project that spans both sides of Southeast 17th Street. The expansion features four mixed-use buildings rising 270 feet, or about 25 stories, with a combined 339 residential units. One building would rise on the north parcel and three on the south parcel.
