Surf Club Four Seasons condo asking $32M tops signed contracts

A unit at Four Seasons Residences at the Surf Club in Surfside, with an asking price of $31.5 million, topped new signed contract activity in Miami-Dade County last week.  Buyers signed 14 luxury contracts in Miami-Dade between Aug. 3 and Aug. 9, according to the weekly report by Douglas Elliman’s Eklund-Gomes team. The report tracks all listings in Miami-Dade asking $4 million and above. The contracts have a total asking dollar volume of $135.8 million and spent an average of 148 days on the market.
