Stiles greenlit for mixed-use redev of Broward County retail center
Stiles won approval for its mixed-use redevelopment of a 1950s shopping center in Broward County. The Fort Lauderdale-based developer plans to redevelop the Shoppes at Wilton Manors with 89 condos and almost 52,000 square feet of retail, a downsized version of what a previous owner of the neighborhood shopping center wanted to build.
