A private school is in talks to acquire 57 acres of city-owned land in West Palm Beach for its third South Florida campus. City commissioners approved a term sheet authorizing negotiations for the potential $6.6 million sale of the land along Roebuck Road near Florida’s Turnpike to Pine Crest School, which plans to build a pre-k through high school campus on the site, The Palm Beach Post reported.
