🏆 Commercial: Palm Beach had the top commercial deal to hit records, with the closing of the Reuben Brothers and Crown Onyx’s purchase of The Esplanade, a luxury shopping center at 150 Worth Avenue for $200 million. The seller was an affiliate of O’Connor Capital Partners, which acquired the property in 2014 for $106 million.
