South Florida’s top deals: Waterfront Key Biscayne home sells for $18M

🏆 Residential: The top home sale to hit records was in Key Biscayne, where a waterfront property at 230 Harbor Drive changed hands for $17.5 million. The seller was Philippe Touret, chairman of the board of Nozin, which makes a nasal antiseptic, and the buyers were Jose Estrella and Jacqueline Vilarino Estrella.
