🏆 Residential: The top recorded home sale was in Miami, where a condo at 7811 Fisher Island Drive changed hands for $15 million. The seller was a company led by Olga Postolnikov, and the buyer was software executive Mark Sutcliffe. The 3,600-square-foot pad spans three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and 2,100 square feet of terrace space. The seller paid $1.3 million for the property more than two decades ago.
