South Florida’s top deals: Sketchers co-founder picks up Miami home for $11M
🏆 Residential: The priciest recorded home sale was in Miami, where Sketchers co-founder Michael Greenberg, through an LLC, picked up the home at 3600 Stewart Avenue for $10.5 million. The sellers were Roberta Manelli, a bag designer, and Francisco Salonia-Ruzo, a financier, who purchased the 3,400-square-foot property in 2015 for $2.1 million. It has four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The sellers put the home on the market in May with an asking price of $10.5 million.
