🏆 Residential: The top home sale to hit records was in Miami Beach, where a trust scooped up the waterfront mansion at 270 South Hibiscus Drive for $51.5 million. The seller was a company managed by real estate broker Denis Smykalov. The home, built this year, spans 10,500 square feet and sits on a double lot.
