🏆 Residential: The priciest recorded home sale was in Miami Beach, where Ilyha Karpov, a Russian businessman, parted with the vacant lot at 2740 North Bay Road for $72 million. The buyer was a trust. Karpov purchased the 0.6-acre site in 2022 for $20.8 million from Delphine Dray, who owns the National Hotel in Miami Beach. 🏆 Commercial: Miami Beach also had the most expensive commercial deal to hit records.
