🏆 Residential: The most expensive home sale to hit records was in Miami Beach, where a company tied to Dana M. Kilburn bought the waterfront property at 288 South Coconut Lane on Palm Island for $18.5 million. The seller, 288 SC LLC, purchased the 9,100-square-foot property in 2024 for $22 million. The latest transaction breaks down to about $2,000 per square foot.
