🏆 Residential: A Palm Beach home was the highest-priced recorded residential sale in South Florida. A trust dropped $35 million on a more than 5,700-square-foot property at 350 Island Road. The sellers were Walter, Clifton and Janet Teagle and Serena and Alexander Keith. The sale breaks down to $6,100 per square foot. The home has five bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms.
