South Florida’s top deals: Palm Beach home sells for $17M to media CEO
Residential: The top home sale recorded was $17.1 million for a 4,900-square-foot property at 350 Seabreeze Avenue in Palm Beach. Steven K. Hudson sold the property after purchasing it for $15.8 million in May of this year. Ric Elias, co-founder and CEO of media company Red Ventures, and his wife, Brenda, were the buyers. Christopher Leavitt represented the listing, and Jack Rooney the buyer, both of Douglas Elliman.
