🏆 Residential: On the residential side, the most expensive home sale was in Palm Beach Gardens, where a 9,800-square-foot mansion at 12218 Tillinghast Circle traded for $14 million. The seller, a trust linked to David C. Chung, bought the property in 2021 for $8.2 million. The buyer was a company managed by real estate agent Diane Bekkedam.
