🏆 Residential: The top home sale to hit records in South Florida was in Sunny Isles Beach, where a six-bedroom condo with ocean views at the Estates at Acqualina at 17901 Collins Avenue changed hands for $21.6 million. The seller was a company managed by Mexican real estate investment executive Moussa El Mann, and the buyer was an LLC led by attorney Nora Galego. The unit measures 7,700 square feet, pricing the deal at $2,800 per square foot. The seller purchased the unit in 2025 for $17.9 million.
