🏆 Residential: The top home sale to hit records in South Florida was in Sunny Isles Beach, where a six-bedroom condo with ocean views at the Estates at Acqualina at 17901 Collins Avenue changed hands for $21.6 million. The seller was a company managed by Mexican real estate investment executive Moussa El Mann, and the buyer was an LLC led by attorney Nora Galego.
