South Florida’s top deals: Finance exec sells Surf Club condo for $27M
🏆 Residential: The priciest home sale logged in South Florida was in Surfside, where financier Todd Green parted with a condo at the Four Seasons at The Surf Club at 9111 Collins Avenue for $27.3 million. A trust purchased the condo, which Green paid $12.4 million for in 2017. The four-bedroom, four-bathroom unit has more than 5,300 square feet, and traded for about $5,100 per square foot. The unit’s most recent asking price was $31.5 million.
