🏆 Residential: The top residential sale recorded in South Florida was in Miami Beach, where homebuilder Adrian Pedro sold a double-lot estate at 145 and 149 Palm Avenue on Palm Island for $40 million. The buyers were Ben Ling, a venture capital investor, and his partner Christopher Coudron, co-founder of Hedge Labs. Pedro had owned the site, which includes a cabana, pool and tennis court, for decades. It hit the market in September with an asking price of $59 million.
