South Florida’s top deals: Bal Harbour spec home sells for $43M
🏆 Residential: The top residential sale to hit records was in Bal Harbour, where Developer Michael Klinger sold a 10,800-square-foot mansion at 56 Bal Bay Drive for just under $43 million. The deal is the most expensive in the village this year. The buyer was a trust with Keith Sutton and Loretta Younkin as trustees. The home sits on a half-acre lot and has seven bedrooms and eight and a half bathrooms. Douglas Elliman’s Dina Goldentayer and Joel Lusky of the Brokerage South Florida had the listing.
