🏆 Residential: The top home sale recorded in South Florida was in Pinecrest, where Ernesto and Magaly Santana parted with a 11,500-square-foot mansion at 10101 Southwest 60th Court for $13.4 million. Magaly Santana is an heiress to the Sedano’s Supermarkets fortune. The buyer was a trust tied to Alexei Y. Antipov. The home has seven bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms and sits on a 1-acre lot. It was on the market for about $15 million.
