🏆 New Building: The largest construction permit, valued at $164.5 million, is for The Well Coconut Grove development at 2835 Tigertail Avenue in Miami. David Martin’s Terra and AB Asset Management secured the permit for a 447,969-square-foot mixed-use project that includes condominium units and retail space. The developers acquired the Coconut Grove site in 2021 for $21.7 million and secured a $410 million construction loan in January from Tyko Capital, a New York-based real estate firm backed by billionaire Paul Singer’s Elliott Investment Management.
