Sapirs sell waterfront Miami Beach home for $33M amid contentious divorce

Alex and Yanina Sapir sold their waterfront Miami Beach mansion for $33 million, four years after Yanina filed for divorce, and just a month before their scheduled trial.  They sold the 8,000-square-foot home at 126 West San Marino Drive on Tuesday, according to the Multiple Listing Service. The property, with five bedroom suites, a home theater and wine room, was on the market with Douglas Elliman’s Bill Hernandez and Bryan Sereny asking $36 million.
