Resi roundup: Architect’s landmark Palm Beach home sells for $28M, waterfront mansion goes for $27M

A Palm Beach mansion once belonging to late architect John Volk changed hands this week for $27.5 million following a four-year renovation on the century-old home. That’s one of the major residential deals in Palm Beach County recorded recently.  A mansion just south of that house sold for $26.5 million, while two homes in North Palm Beach and Jupiter went for $13 million each.
