Pinnacle scores $41M financing for senior affordable housing in growing market
Pinnacle secured $41 million in financing for an affordable seniors housing project in Naranja, as the firm seizes on south Miami-Dade County’s growth. Miami-based Pinnacle plans the 110-unit apartment project reserved for tenants who are 62 and older and earn 30 percent to 60 percent of the area median income, according to the developer’s news release. The eight-story building will be constructed on the southeast corner of Southwest 250th Street and Southwest 137th Avenue in unincorporated Miami-Dade.
