Pinecrest mansion asking $16M leads slow week for Miami-Dade’s luxury market
A new mansion in Pinecrest led Miami-Dade County’s luxury market last week, landing a contract price at an asking price of $16.3 million. Buyers signed 12 contracts between Aug. 24 and Aug. 30, according to the weekly report by Douglas Elliman’s Eklund-Gomes team. The report tracks all listings in Miami-Dade asking $4 million and above. The condos and single-family homes that went under contract last week spent an average of 105 days on the market.
