Philip Freedman returns to Compass to lead sales of the Raleigh
Philip Freedman is back at Compass to lead sales and marketing of the Raleigh Rosewood Residences in Miami Beach, The Real Deal has learned. Freedman, who focuses on new development condo sales, left Douglas Elliman after seven years with the brokerage. He’s now senior managing director of sales for the Raleigh development. New York-based Nahla Capital took over ownership of the 3-acre oceanfront project in October for $270 million, and in February hired Compass. The sales team includes Miltiadis Kastanis, Pablo Alfaro, Liz Hogan, Ivan Chorney and Michael Martirena. Kastanis and Alfaro left Elliman last year.
