NFL’s Larry Ogunjobi turns developer with $16M spec home in Biscayne Point
Olumide Larry Ogunjobi is used to making big moves on the field in the NFL, but his latest play was in Miami’s luxury real estate market. The former Buffalo Bills defensive tackle marked his debut into luxury spec home development with the listing of his first project, in Miami Beach’s gated Biscayne Point. The 4,300-square-foot waterfront property at 1141 North Biscayne Point Road was recently completed and is listed for $15.9 million. The mansion, which he dubbed “Glasshouse,” includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms and one half-bath, a glass-enclosed office and a sunset terrace.
