New York Giants co-owner buys penthouse in complex with NFL ties
New York Giants co-owner Daniel Tisch and his wife, Bonnie Tisch, dropped $12.5 million for a penthouse in Palm Beach. The Tisches bought the 4,600-square-foot unit in the Leverett House at 110 Sunset Avenue from attorney and novelist Gary Lachman. The deal worked out to about $2,700 per square foot. Jack Rooney of Douglas Elliman brought the buyer in the deal, while Victoria Brewer and Gary Pohrer of Serhant repped the seller. The Lachman family acquired the unit for $2.1 million in 1993, the South Florida Business Journal reported.
