Movers: Gian Rodriguez jumps from CBRE to Kurv Industrial
In this week’s latest South Florida hiring news, Gian Rodriguez has left CBRE, where he served as managing director in South Florida, to join Kurv Industrial as the Miami market officer. His appointment follows the planned retirement of Kevin Carroll, who held the position for 15 years, according to a news release. Carroll will remain involved in the firm, formerly Bridge Industrial, to help with the transition. Rodriguez has almost 20 years of experience leading industrial real estate businesses across South Florida, the release said.
