Miami developer Todd Glaser lists his own Palm Beach mansion for $59M
South Florida developer Todd Michael Glaser is asking $59 million for his personal home in Palm Beach, half a mile away from Mar-a-Lago. Glaser said he’s looking to downsize from his family’s 16,000-square-foot mansion at 111 Via Del Lago and move to a more walkable part of town. The ultra-luxury home developer twice bought the estate, which previously went by the address 125 Via Del Lago. He paid $11 million for it in 2017, and he and his wife renovated the space.
