A Miami Beach estate linked to Playboy Mansion owner Daren Metropoulos found a buyer last week, landing a contract for $25 million. The contract was one of 14 signed between Aug. 10 and Aug. 16, according to the weekly report by Douglas Elliman’s Eklund-Gomes team. The report tracks all listings in Miami-Dade asking $4 million and above. The contracts had a total asking dollar volume of $167.6 million and spent an average of 91 days on the market.
