Medical magnate-turned-spec developer drops $24M on Golden Beach tract
A waterfront residential parcel in Golden Beach sold for $24 million, representing one of the few remaining available oceanfront properties of its size in the ultra-luxury enclave. An entity led by Amicus Medical Group president David Rodriguez, bought the 0.6-acre lot at 625 Ocean Boulevard and financed the deal with a mortgage from New Wave Loans, led by Managing Partner Mark Feldman.
