Honō | Miami Riviera Dining Group will open a new Japanese steakhouse concept at E11even Club Hotel & Residences Miami. Riviera Dining, led by Gregory Galy, leased about 19,000 square feet for Honō, consisting of a second-floor restaurant and a rooftop, according to a news release from the tower’s developers and Riviera Dining. Honō is expected to open this year. PMG and E11even Partners, led by Michael Simkins, Marc Roberts and Dennis DeGori, developed E11even Club Hotel & Residences at 20 Northeast 11th Street in Miami’s Park West.
