Billionaire Oracle founder Larry Ellison quietly bought eight homes for members of his staff in a Boynton Beach neighborhood that’s about a 30-minute drive from his sprawling Manalapan compound. The transactions totaled nearly $10 million, the Wall Street Journal first reported. The deals closed within days of each other in May and June 2023, many on unlisted homes. The buyer in every case was an Ellison-linked LLC with a California address. The houses, in the Palm Meadows Estates community, were for Ellison’s household staff, including tutors for his children.
