Landmaxxing: CEO next door is buyer of $72M Miami Beach mansion

In yet another example of landmaxxing, the CEO next door to a waterfront Miami Beach mansion that sold for $72 million is the buyer of that property, The Real Deal has learned.  Asher Raphael, CEO of Chester, Pennsylvania-based Power Home Remodeling, acquired the new two-story mansion at 2740 North Bay Road, sources told TRD.
