Kaufman Rossin co-founder’s Coconut Grove home lands $17M contract
A Miami mansion linked to the late James Kaufman, co-founder of Miami-based accounting firm Kaufman Rossin, went under contract for $17.4 million last week. It’s among 17 contracts buyers signed between Sept. 28 and Oct. 4, according to the weekly report by Douglas Elliman’s Eklund-Gomes team. The report tracks all listings in Miami-Dade asking $4 million and above. The properties that went under contract last week spent an average of 205 days on the market.
