K Group Holdings’ $1.5 billion master-planned development in Sunrise is back on track and ready for its next phase after years of delay due to the pandemic. The developer tapped top Compass agents Miltiadis Kastanis and The Bobby Auerbach Group to lead sales of the remaining residences at One Metropica condo tower and guide what’s next for the 50-acre project.
