Javier Rabinovich’s Privé bets on office in off-the-beaten-path market
Privé Group, led by Javier Rabinovich, is staking an office bet in an area where few others have in recent years. Miami-based Privé proposes a 75-foot tall building in an unincorporated area between North Miami and Miami Shores, while most office developers as of recent have homed in on Bay Harbor Islands, Miami Beach and Miami’s prime markets such as Coconut Grove or Wynwood. Privé, through an affiliate, wants to build the six-story project with a rooftop lobby on a 0.3-acre site at 11032 and 11034 Biscayne Boulevard, according to its pre-application filing to Miami-Dade submitted this month.
