Former Miami Heat player Hassan Whiteside found a buyer for his waterfront Miami Beach home, asking $14.8 million. The pending deal is the second priciest of the 16 luxury home contracts signed in Miami-Dade County between June 7 and June 14, according to the weekly report by Douglas Elliman’s Eklund-Gomes team. The previous period saw 21 deals for luxury homes in the market asking a combined $172 million.
