Golden Beach spec home asking $80M tops signed contracts in Miami-Dade
A new mansion in Golden Beach that’s asking $79.5 million topped signed contract activity in Miami-Dade County’s luxury market last week. Buyers signed 22 contracts between Aug. 17 and Aug. 23, according to the weekly report by Douglas Elliman’s Eklund-Gomes team. The report tracks all listings in Miami-Dade asking $4 million and above. The contracts had a total asking dollar volume of $249.4 million, nearly three times the volume compared to the same period last year.
