Golden Beach mansion tops Miami-Dade luxury market
A mansion in Golden Beach led Miami-Dade County’s luxury market last week, landing a contract at an asking price of $16.9 million. Buyers signed 11 contracts between Aug. 31 and Sept. 6, according to the weekly report by Douglas Elliman’s Eklund-Gomes team. The report tracks all listings in Miami-Dade asking $4 million and above.
