GL Homes rental highrise approved within massive development in Sunrise
GL Homes won site-plan approval for an eight-story multifamily development near the Sawgrass Mills shopping mall in Sunrise, where it is planning a massive mixed-use development of highrises. The Sunrise City Commission voted Tuesday night to approve the 294-unit project’s site plan. It spans 5.5 acres within a vacant, 32-acre property along West Sunrise Boulevard, where GL Homes is pursuing the master-planned project, called Radius at Sawgrass.
