Fisher Island mansion asking $32M leads luxury contracts in Miami
A planned Fisher Island mansion asking $32 million led last week’s signed contract activity in Miami-Dade County. Buyers signed nine contracts totaling $79.8 million in asking dollar volume between July 13 and July 19, according to a weekly report by Douglas Elliman’s Eklund-Gomes team. The report tracks listings in Miami-Dade asking $4 million and above. The previous report recorded 12 listings with a total asking dollar volume of $123.9 million. Six of the contracts marked pending last week were for single-family homes. They totaled $59.9 million in asking dollar volume and spent an average of 177 days on the market.
