F1 driving legend snaps up two-story pad at Meta Development’s Brickell project
A South Brickell luxury development pulled in Brazilian race car driver Rubens Barrichello, who paid $8 million for a two-story townhome. The racing legend bought a 4,300-square-foot unit at Meta Development’s Colette, at 1880 Brickell Avenue, according to a news release. The price pencils out to $1,844 per square foot. The four-bedroom, five-and-a-half bathroom home will have 2,000 square feet of outdoor space. Meta Development, led by Andrew Rasken, is planning the five-story, 34-unit project with architecture by Brazilian design firm OSPA.
